This personal wrist rest cradles the wrist, raising and supporting the wrist joint and lower palm in a relaxing position for extreme comfort and effortless hand and arm movement. Cushions the wrist against any hard surface, no matter how small - even the edge of the desk or the corner of a laptop. Conforms to HSE guidance by enabling the mouse and keyboard to be used with straight wrists and by giving the wearer complete freedom of movement to work in a flexible position of choice, as opposed to being confined to the fixed working position dictated by the location of a wrist rest on the desk.SizesSmall To fit wrist circumference 11cm to 15cm (approx 4.5 inch to 6 inch)MediumTo fit wrist circumference 15cm to 18cm (approx. 6 inch to 7 inch)LargeTo fit wrist circumference 18cm to 21cm (approx. 7 inch to 8.25 inch)NB If you are 'between sizes' i.e. 15cm (small/medium) or 18cm (medium/large) we recommend that you choose the smaller size.

I have tried other wrist rests before but found them quite restrictive also I dont have much room for them and I use a wireless mouse
so I thought I would try this wrist donut
Its is comfy
I am not restricted at all by it
it is protecting my wrist not only when I am tapping away at the keys but also when using the separate mouse
I advise getting a larger size than you think you may need as in my view they come up a bit on the small side
I have only had mine a few weeks so I have no idea how well it will last with the use I give it, I spend hrs at the pc so its taken some punishment already and no sign of wear yet, It is well made
when I first started using it , it did seem a bit hard but I soon got used to it
Thought I would do an update
I bought this wrist Donut back in early february 2013, its now 05 August 2013
its been virtually in daily use for several hrs a day
Their is no sign of wear, its very comfy, so comfy in fact I forget I am wearing it and often only realise I've still got in on when I go to do the washing up :)
when at the computer I am not tied down to keepinking my hands in a particular area, being on the wrist it moves around with me
a very occasional wipe over with a damp cloth and its nice and clean again
if ever this one started to wear, I would definately buy this one again
My one is black but from the photos on this product the top one is blue and that looks better than this thin black one.
I have tried to get some relief by even stretching it out and velcroing it to the bottom of the mouse mat but still that doesn't work, total waste of money for me.
It works even better than the promotational picture shows when the hand is rotated by 90 degrees so that the palm is not parallel to the desk. I bought an Evoluent Vertical Mouse to help in this regard.
It has helped me greatly with my writing, and avoiding writer's cramp. I was almost screaming in pain when I sat a three hour law examination a couple of years ago. The donut raises the hand so that it now no longer touches the paper.
I feel uneasy on days when I leave the donut at home.
The package arrived by first class post within a day or two of order, which was *very* useful.
Use of the wrist rest is a bit of a learning curve - after trying various positions, I've found the most useful place to have it is right at the base of the palm, just above the wrist. I ordered the largest size, which allowed me to try the bracelet on around the more swollen bits of my wrists, as well as the less swollen parts. The device is still a bit awkward - only had it a few days - but I'm already feeling the benefit of them in terms of much reduced tingling and numbness of the hands.
I can also use them as a rest while wearing a splint. All in all, a very good product!
Pluses are, as it's attached to your wrist it stays where you want it and it's not actually that intrusive. Minuses, well, for me, it basically didn't solve the issue I had but then I'm beginning to think that the only solution to my issue is to stop using a mouse!
