Product Description

Review

covers the syllabus well in a readable and engaging manner and provides lots of added features (including online content) to help law students as they approach their end of module exam. Highly recommended! (Laura Tatham, Senior Lecturer in Law, Salford University)

Genuinely enhances knowledge and understanding of the subject area (David Connolly, lecturer, Staffordshire University)

I have always been impressed by the OUP Concentrate range and hope that the list of titles and subjects covered in this range will continue to expand. A very good quality revision guide that is at undergraduate level (Alice Blythe, lecturer, Bolton University)

Good coverage, up to date, excellent web resources (Doug Ilott, student, Bradford University)

This jam packed book is a fantastic source giving a clear, concise and understandable presentation of the law which is essential for revision. (Stephanie Lawson, Law student, Northumbria University)

achieves its goal of fostering clear understanding of this complex area of law as well as offering students many avenues of further investigation. (Warren Swain, Lecturer, Durham University)

Equity & Trusts is notoriously known as the most difficult core Law subject. This little gem easily allows you to understand the topics. The book is very blue. The font is blue, the tips are blue, tables of cases are blue etc. That's just the appearance, if you love blue, you'll love this. The blueness does not detract whatsoever from its contents.

Each chapter contains the main outline you need to grasp the topic before delving into your main textbook. At the end of ever chapter there's a table of essential cases' ratio - what more could I ever ask for?!

I've been struggling with Equity, and this helped me a lot to understand the topic areas. It is very useful to remind you of topic areas and even covered aspects that the lecturer hadn't which can be quite useful in ascertaining the scope of certain areas. It's concise enough that it doesn't confuse you, and detailed enough that you get some of the finer points of the area. I find that it works best in conjunction with my lecture notes, both covering areas the other might be lacking in substance. Brilliant revision and study aid.

Great book to be used to tackle tricky areas. But do not rely on this book solely, use it for its purpose, i.e. a 'revision guide'
