Vital book for new parents

Vital book for new parents
Just finished the fabulous book, THE EQUAL PARENT. My wife and I shared parental leave and both returned to work full-time after 9monthsnin 2017. This isn't practical for all of course, and there's all sorts of reasons why that's the case, but for us, it was one of the best decisions we made as a family. Both of us are equal parents now and we could always share the load from the start because we both knew how to do anything on any given day. This book clearly explains the enormous benefits and the challenges we still need to overcome to work towards a balanced approach to parenting. If you are just about to embark on the mad journey of being a parent, I would strongly recommend reading this as you approach the arrival of the child because it really could change so much.
