Directions:

For general use add 100g – 200g to a regular size bath. For bathing after exercise add 300g – 500g to a regular size bath. Relax and soak for about 20 mins. Dissolve salt in water at between 30oC-40oC for best results.

Extremely happy with this. It arrived in good packaging, no frills yet it is uniformly sized Magnesium salts. Very nice after surgery and for aches and pains. It makes the water feel alot thicker/emulsified - hard to explain unless you have used epsom salts before, but it really is a relaxing experience.

There is a good amount of research that indicates that Magnesium can be absorbed via the skin also, which is a nice little bonus to this. It can also act to draw out infections, or bacteria due to osmosis. A good product worth having in everyones home.

You DO need to use a large amount though for optimal effect so take note of that.

Recommends you put a cup into the water which seems quite a lot but I can attest that it takes the sting out of tired feet. Particularly good after the last of a stretch of 12 hour shifts! Does mean the salt doesn't last too long given you're using so much each time. As such I tend to only use it if my feet are properly barking but a nice treat on those occasions.
