Max Fomitchev (State College, PA) has a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering and his primary occupation is in software development, code optimization, and IT consulting. He is an author of.NET Programming with Visual C++.NET and has written over 30 articles for Dr. Dobbs Journal, Visual C++ Developer Journal, and C/C++ User's Journal.
