Praise for "The Emperor's Revenge"
Another rollicking Juan Cabrillo adventure. Nefarious deeds and derring-do from the Monaco Grand Prix to Malta, Germany, Lithuania, Holland, and the Baltic. The exotic weapons-driven, more-threads-than-a-sweater narrative explodes with action, dead bodies hither and you, with Cabrillo making skin-of-the teeth escapes.

From the Inside Flap

Juan Cabrillo and the crew of the Oregon - the Corporation - face an unprecedented challenge when a violent bank heist during the Monaco Grand Prix decimates their bank accounts.

To get their money back, Juan joins forces with an old friend from his days in the CIA to track down a rogue hacker and a ruthless former Ukrainian naval officer.

It is only after the Oregon's hunt begins that the enormity of the treacherous plan comes into focus: the bank theft is just the first step in a plot that will result in the deaths of millions and bring the world's economies to a standstill.

The catalyst for the scheme?

A stunning document stolen during Napoleon's disastrous invasion of Russia. But two hundred years later, it may be the thing that brings Europe to its knees.

Weaving historical myth and contemporary conspiracy together with his trademark brilliance Clive Cussler proves once again that he's the Grand Master of Adventure.

Another classic by Clive Cussler, l have been reading this series from the beginning. I waited with impatience for the new book and l have not been disappointed. Full of drama from t he start, l have been on holiday since l started and could, not put it down. I would advise anyone who enjoys a good thriller to read this book, and the rest in the series

I like Clive Cussler books - great escapes from our heroes in impossible situations! I have read most of his books but I have been a bit slow getting into the Oregon Files series. Well now I am up to number 11 with not many to go. I won't spoil your read by discussing the plot.
I will say, if you like Clive Cussler, you will enjoy this!

I'd been disappointed with some of Clive Cussler's books recently - but this is back to him at his best. Lots of twists & plots that only come together near the end.

An interesting section where I thought the scenario sounded familiar & I found out why. If you've read The Pharaoh's Secret you will know what I mean, if you haven't I'd recommend reading it. Clever use of a "cross over" between the Oregon and NUMA

As always Clive Cussler has presented a brilliant plot and storyline involving Napoleon Bonaparte. The Oregon's captain Juan Cabrillo and his amazing crew meet their match on the sea. Dont want to spoil your reading experience by saying too much but you will enjoy this one immensely.

Lots of action and intrigue, ducking and diving to be in two places at once, I wish I could travel across the world as the good and bad guys in this book do. Perhaps one day the technology in this book will be available to the armed forces of the world. Enjoy the story.

Pretty good read, in fact although I'm not really into the Oregon files I actually found this one hard to put down once I started it.
So yes I gave it four stars.
Thank you Clive cussler
You may have given me another line of books to go over again, although I still prefer the Dirk Pitt series and the husband and wife team of novels
I have now got every single novel clive has written either in real books or Kindle editions
Thank you

An excellent adventure story. Cussler has been writing great books for many years, but they were perhaps becoming a bit formulaic and bogged down in descriptions of weapon systems. With Boyd Morrison as co-author a great story has been written. Of course the plot is over the top, but it is enjoyable and you think: this could really happen. I bought the hardback and am glad I did. Didn't want to wait for the paperback.
