I love the beginning of this book. Laney's little butter wouldn't melt act in front of her dad. And her cocky little attitude towards Evan, it was so funny.
Evan is the boy next door. Every mum would love their daughter to bring an Evan Allen home. He's sweet, adorable and looks out for Laney.
Unfortunately things don't always go as planned. Their dream of going to collage together never came true and they were destined to go in their own directions.
However I wanted to scream at Laney for not giving them a shot. Her best friend. Apparently the boy she loves. Who does that? Well Laney of course.
Most of the book is based on Laneys collage experience. This is were I really loved the book. She goes on a Hall Crawl were she meets the Crew, and Dane. The new characters that came in were really well thought out.
Bennett is the best room mate she could ask for. To be honest the whole crew where really good. I loved the way Sawyer was always there for everyone. He was the big, soft guy. One everyone can love. But Evan had my true heart throughout this book.
The tight friendships that they made was shown continuously in the book. They were all there for each other.
The twist that was put in about kaitlyn, I honestly never seen coming. To just think how lives change and how different directions life could of gone if things had of been different was good to see.
The end of this book was so, so sad. I Lost. I Left and I Lost. I wanted to cry for poor sweet adorable Evan.

this is one book I will not be forgetting anytime soon.
I have never had so much fun reading a book for a long time, I just could not laughing and smiling. I know that sounds weird, when taking about a book written about a love triangle, (maybe because I figured out how the book was going to end)but my god this book is very different and unique. At first I taught I would be like all the other love triangle stories but....absolutely not. It was fresh, vibrant, funny, witty. Laney the leading lady, never once pissed me off or made me angry with her indecision. She handled the situation with dignity, you understand her and all the different confusing emotion and her struggle to see clarity.
Both guys were great but I loved Dane from the moment he entered Laney's life,
Evan is sweet and cute and he loves Laney, They have been best friends since they were kids. I love their friendship.
The story was just great, it had real depth of coming of age, growing up and emerging as the person you are meant to be.Starting over and finding your feet is not always easy but Laney had had her "Crew" to help her along.
I loved the multiple point of view , that added another layer to the story
S.E Hall has done a wonderful job with the writing and the development of her characters. The writing is the thing I love the most about the book; its fresh, funky, it leaps off the page. I cannot wait to read more from her she has a real talent with word and enchanting you with them.
A solid 4.5 stars for this wonderful story.
What an amazing story. I am literally wordless I think. This amazing author captivated me entirely within the first 2 chapters. Beautifully written story. I loved the different POV's, flicking through the 3 main characters involved in the best love triangle I think I've ever read.
Now, I'm not normally 1 for love triangles at all as my guy always seems to lose, but this one......*sigh*
It is a story of first love, true love, devotion, loyalty, lust, desire....just about everything I've ever wanted from a book!!
I highly recommend this one to anyone and everyone, all ages!
You will not be disappointed, completely un-putdownable!! And the the best part is, it's not over yet!! :)
