This book describes itself as a proven new method for increasing your intelligence. There have certainly been many years of experimentation, research and teaching behind the methods presented. If you like learning, then you'll probably love a book about learning, and this is no disappointment: plenty of practical techniques to try out and a guarantee, I would say, that even if your intelligence doesn't change, your intuition will definitely have improved for practising these methods.
Central to the book is the technique of "image streaming". The main idea behind this is that we all have a constant stream of images flowing out from our subconscious minds, but traditional education and upbringing has generally taught us to screen out these images. So successful has our screening become, many of us believe that we don't have such images at all, and cannot "visualise" with eyes closed. The authors however reassure us that everybody has these images. Image streaming is the way to kick-start and develop our awareness of them. One particularly effective part of this technique is to use your own voice as a kind of feedback loop to reinforce and solidify the process of visualisation. I was surprised at how well a rich, sensory, and vocal description added to the vividness of my images.
Having laid the foundations with this basic technique, it can them be put to practical use is all sorts of ways: re-examining your own past, solving problems, answering questions intuitively for yourself and others. The research behind the book shows in the scientific theorising behind these and other techniques although, very often, the authors have to conclude that they don't really know why these intuitive techniques work; they just do!

I've been using this book on and off for about seven months, I have noticed a dramatic increase of my intelligence. I now can learn and understand better. In fact today I just took an online IQ test and it said I have an IQ score of 152, which is above genius level. I got that high even though I have extremely low self esteem, which affects intelligence. I was already some what intelligent already, I've been pondering probabilities for a long time. The "photo-streaming" technique is delightful, if you do it over 10 minutes you can actually feel your brain being stimulated, almost like an high. Photo Streaming is the best meditation technique you can use. If you do not buy this book you are missing out of a hightened sense of awareness, to not have this book is like to be missing a sense of the body.

The book has an interesting taking on both the physical and psychological aspects of his techniques of image streaming to improve the human intellect. I find this theory of image streaming to pole bridge the inner networks of brain cells to be reasonable, but skeptical about the explaination of the feedback loop theory (but i don't know much about the intricacies of the subconcious mind.)
The methods in the book has indeed been proven by the author. There are reports of the reinert experiments availble on the net. As for all the other techniques mentioned in the book such as photoreading i have also uncovered studys of it on the net.
For myself i found the book to be an interesting read. And since i started image streaming i've found that i now sometime spontaneously have flashes of visions even flashes of strange sensations of smelling things i've smelled in the past. I've found my dreams to be more vivid that it ever was. And i've develop deeper insights to my studys. I haven't taken a before and after iq test (i don't believe in iq testing methods anyway) but i've noticed changes in my ability to learn as well as notice things i've never thought about before. I will continue to experiment with this technique but i still wouldn't forego old fashion studying for an exam being more skeptical of the photoreading techniques.

This book contains a great deal of useful information on Increasing intelligence, and it's true, after just 15 minutes of image streaming practice each day, described in the book, I feel more alive and intelligent.
However, the book does enunciate some set backs; image streaming, which is the method to increase your intelligence, is, lying back and imagining a distant land, where you can breath the air around you, touch the soft green leaves on the trees, see the white fluffy clouds in the red sky, e.t.c... this apparently increases the connections between neurons in the brain and increases your IQ, but it won't if you are a creative and imaginative person already, and you'll end up remembering that story and not useful facts.
The Einstein Factor spends only 2 chapters on learning the method, but the other 13 Chapters contain an abundant wealth of information, such as knowing what types of music can increase intelligence, how to get more oxygen to the brain, Photo reading, imagining putting yourself in the body of a legend ie. Albert Einstein, Churchill, Da Vinchi, Lincoln e.t.c....But it's only A FANTASTIC book from that point of view!
I have realised that for me, this book only serves ONE PURPOSE, using it in conjunction with Tony Buzan's "USE YOUR MEMORY". He states that you need to review any facts you have just learn 6 times over a period of 6 months for those facts to be instilled to long term memory, so I use image streaming.
I'd suggest ONLY, buy this book if you're are prepared to buy another book such as USE YOUR MEMORY.
Good Luck!!!
