I really like this dvd, I hate exercise, but this is enjoyable to do. After a week, I do feel more limber and I am hoping it will help with ostoarthristis but time will tell. The DVD runs for approximately 50 minutes, is relaxing to do and I feel as if I am doing something positive to help my body heal
Nevertheless, i am following this and i like Egoscue`s approach. He isn't afraid to think outside the box.

A useful video although you need enough spare time to complete the full range of all the exercises. Worth having though.Published on 11 Jun. 2013 by Mrs. J. F. Hall
