The authors have a really nice style, and the book is chock-full of great information.
I like that they don't presume that you or your organisation see the inherent value in good UI/UX design. Instead, they start out with a good introduction to why you should consider UX, and then provide you with the ammunition to sell it in your company. After that, they get into good, detailed principles that you can follow to improve your product.
Very pleased, and would recommend it to anyone.
