The CD / DVD / BD-Marker is suitable for permanent marking of blank CDs, CD-ROMs, DVDs and Blue-ray discs. The liquid is a permanent, fade-resistant and smudge-proof, water-based pigment ink to protect the data layer. A fine and soft round tip provides comfortable writing.

Not on blister pack as advertised but 2x black pens put in a padded envelope and sent, so not sure if they've been used or not. In fact, thinking about it they are probably 'returns'.
When writing on CDs/DVDs they are quite 'squeeky' and don't feel like the ink is flowing, writing appears as if it's running out of ink and not solid black. Tip feels like it will spread and get wider with use. They write OK when used on paper.
Best pens for me for writing on CDs/DVDs are the "Edding 404" and the "Sharpie Ultra Fine Permanent" markers, which write beautifully and don't feel like the nib will spread with use.
