About the Author
Harvey Diamond is the world-renowned coauthor of the #1 New York Times best-seller, Fit for Life, which held that position for an unprecedented forty straight weeks and has sold over 12 million copies worldwide. Mr. Diamond has dedicated thirty-plus years of his life to the development of a truly healthy lifestyle. In pursuit of that goal, he overcame a debilitating, longtime digestive disorder, ended his migraine headaches, lost over fifty pounds, and in a stunning validation of his methods, triumphed over a condition called peripheral neuropathy (brought about by Agent Orange poisoning while serving his country in Vietnam). His energy, charisma and relaxed, conversational style have made him a sought-after guest expert on countless radio and television shows, including: Oprah, Geraldo, Nightline, Larry King Live, Live with Regis, The Today Show, and many others.

After several tries, I was able to make sense of it all - but do hope this will not be repeated. I often overlook typos, etc. when I purchase books for 99-cents! But have yet to have a 99-cent book be as poorly converted to an electronic version as is this more expensive book. Very disappointing and makes me hesitate to make a similar purchase in future.
Guess I should have downloaded from my library!
The first thing is that from the very beginning the author relentlessly keeps pushing and praising and pushing and praising a supplement product in a very overt and intrusive way. My thoughts were: Is this what I paid my money for??
The kindle edition is a total mess! Titles are nested, many spaces between words are omitted so words are stuck to each other, typos ...etc. In brief, you'll find at least one or two distracting mistakes every other page
If you're into Fit for Life system, look for another book not this one!
