I first came across this easy to follow book at my local library. I noted the author and when i was ready decided to buy online for myself. I run a business and have four children so yoga classes are out for me. This has been the perfect solution. Doing even just a few minutes every day helps the body become more supple. It has helped strengthen my back. Would highly recommend.

Easy to follow and offers alternate exercises for the less flexible of joint ,eg - us older citizens. I hope, one day' to be able to complete a yoga workout without referring to the alternate exercise!

I love this book, set in easy to follow sections that follow in a natural progression. All you need for a complete yoga workout, with guidance and help at every step. Clearly explained and set out with pictures and guidelines to help.

I was bought this book a couple of years ago as a present to help get me started with yoga. It has been a revelation. After using the poses in the book about two or three times a week I have become much more supple, slimmer and fitter, and feel much better for it. Thank you.

The book takes one through 20 easy poses and explains how they should be done, and how to do the breathing and meditation that are both an integral part of doing yoga successfully. Anyone can do these poses. Doing them regularly will help you to gradually improve so that you can then start to add newer and more difficult exercises. Also, not being obsessive about it and not pushing oneself too hard will keep you enjoying it and prevent you feeling like it is a chore.

All in all, highly recommended for anyone who has never done yoga before, and/or wants to use yoga for improved fitness.

I havnt done yoga and wanted an easy book and if that's what you are looking for, this is it. Some time ago I bought yoga book but the exercises were too difficult for a beginner, you needed to be a contortionist.

Clear easy to read instructions accompanied by super photographs and recommendations for modifications of each pose. This book contains all the information you will want to achieve life long yoga practice. I have been practicing yoga for around seven months and love it! I bought this book so that I could continue with my yoga practice during the summer months when the class is not available and I would thoroughly recommend this book. The reader is encouraged every step of the way.

Very easy to follow with information on each pose and what benefits are achieved for each part of the body and the problems you may have for that part of the body. Like it a lot, and so does my friend (who I bought it for) who has never tried Yoga before!
