I've had this book for couple of years and find myself continually reaching for it when I'm in the kitchen. I've tried loads of recipes from it and some of them have become all time favourites. I regularly make the basic pizza dough recipe and the classic tomato sauce to go with it. Some of the salads, though very simple, are utterly delicious. The haricot bean and tomato salad has become a firm favourite, for example. This book has been worth every penny!

Just to preface, I am an adult. I didn't want so much personal information displayed, which is why I checked the "under 13" box.

I bought this book for a friend, but I think I'll take one for myself. What I really like about this book is that it has a picture for every recipe. Easy to follow, you end up with beautiful results. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience elegant (yet somewhat easy to prepare) vegetarian food.

My wife and I have tried only five recipes from this cookbook so far (we are slowly making our way through it), and all have been great. Very simple to prepare, very flavorful, and mostly healthy. I would definitely recommend this to any beginner cook, and there are some great ideas for those of us who have been cooking a lot longer. Also, I am a big fan of any cookbook with pictures to prep your palate.

It's not especially diet friendly - uses lots of dairy - but the dishes are tasty, easy to make and have ingredients that are easy to find in a regular grocery store. Gorgeous photographs make me want to try every recipe, and so far, none have disappointed. Most of the recipes could be modified to make them vegan-friendly. My suggestion for improvement is that a spiral-bound copy be produced so the pages lay flat when using.

I bought this book for my son's girlfriend, and I will be getting my own copy! It's beautiful, simple, and delicious vegetarian cooking, with gorgeous photographs throughout so you feel like you're cooking from a mainstream sort of cookbook. I find many vegetarian cookbooks are *vegan* cookbooks, which I'm not interested in, and many of them have few to no photographs, and are printed on what can only be described as the hemp-paper-soy-ink combo that makes it feel cheap. Please!

This cookbook delivers with sturdy, silky paper, gorgeous photos on almost every page, as well as delicious, simple-to-prepare vegetarian dishes: the cookbook for those of us who'd just like to add more healthful, meatless options to the dinner table!
