I have had about four Eastpak backpacks and have always been impressed with the quality, however this item I purchased in January of 2019. It has not had any abuse and really just general day to day usage. As you can see the straps have parted company with the bag and the coating is falling off the straps and has been for some months. Given my previous experience of this brand, I am fairly sure this is a copy and a bad one at that. All my previous Eastpak backpacks faired much better and with much more use than this one has had in only a year!!
