Bought this album on the strength of one gig.
Dont hesitate , riffs a plenty , ever so slightly cheesey lyrics , if ever Hendrix was Norwegian then he would have jammed with these guys.
Seriously buy this album - you wont be disappointed.

If you are into bands like Graveyard, Fu Manchu, and Clutch then you'll like Lonely Kamel. They also run a few heavy bluesy songs with a smidgen of psychedelica which are very interesting.
There is a nice mixture of slide work and blues guitar rhythms and a few Sabbath guitar undertones that I picked up on. Vocals are driven and soulful(like Graveyard). Very 70's.
On the metal side there are undertones of "Sense of Doom" riddled throughout the CD. The men from the land of ice and snow are attempting to put it to the Western Metal Gods but can't make it to sharing the platform.
This is an good album, not great album. But still worth having and listening to under the right conditions....no what I mean?
