The question has to be asked "why not return them for a refund"? Basically I needed the batteries for immediate use on arrival and so I kept them, but I will only purchase replacements now if I know they will be provided by Amazon. If it is a re-seller, I will look elsewhere. Shame really to make a negative review of a really quality item; that is if I had been supplied with what was advertised.
SHOULD CHANGE THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION going through Duracell's small print is not what most people want to do.
How hard is it to buy batteries
Very odd situation. I see another reviewer has experienced similar. These were bought to use professionally in live events and i simply cant trust them. I am waiting for redress from the seller.
What is there to say about batteries? I have used a few of these now in high drain and low drain devices. They didn't leak, lasted as long as I expected them to and they came with a shelf life of 6 years. So I am confident that these were fresh and not cheap because they were nearing the end of their life. At the time of writing they were the cheapest per battery for this brand and quantity. The trader also had them delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
Upon investigation, Industrial is the new name for Procell.
However, Industrial are available on Amazon at a cheaper price - so I have basicall overpaid due to my ignorance.
One star, nevertheless, as the product was not as described.
