The ratchet screwdriver is of good build quality, feels solid and will likely last for years.

The screwdriver bits provided are a rather soft metal and are already showing signs of 'chewing'.

Bought one of these in 2012 and have been using it for general diy up to a couple of days ago when I realised it had become almost unusable. The articulated shaft, which can be useful, comes at the cost of a certain amount of play, which increases with age. Add this to the play now present in the (presumably slightly worn) ratchet mechanism and at the tip of the bit you have a wobble in excess of 2cm made up of approx 0.5cm from the worn ratchet and 1.5cm from the floppy elbow joint (even though the bolt is still tight). Anyone thinking of buying one of these for daily trade use or serious diy should maybe consider Wera or Bahco instead.

Just as on the picture. Good, big enough grip, made of sticky rubber, which makes it easy to grab onto without your hand slipping.
It can be rotated 45 and 90 degrees both ways by the press of the little shiny button right below the grip. I haven't tested it with extreme force yet, so I don't know how durable it is, but looks quite sturdy.

First thing you'll notice is the weight, it's a very solid construction and pretty good quality. The only problem i noticed which isn't a biggie is that the Bit set has mild rust on it. This occurred only a week after i received the items and it was kept dry and stored indoors, not sure why it would rust like that, but nothing a bit of metal lube wont fix. Apart from that it's a good screwdriver.

This has now become my number one tool in the box. It is good quality (Drapers usually are) and the socket and bit set is invaluable. It replaced a worn-out driver and I feel it will be years before this one needs replacing.

    Delivered promptly.
The screwdriver is solid and very well made. Nice ratchet action. The bits are a little bit fiddly to get out but that's not a criticism. Good bit of kit.

I purchased this item a couple of years ago. Haven't used it much so has generally sat in a cupboard most of the time. I got it out the other day to help me put an ikea wardrobe together and half way through, it fell apart. The ratchet mechanism seems to have unscrewed itself from the body of the screwdriver, which considering this is a screwdriver seems like a fairly major design flaw. I can't put it back together either because the other end up the screw is embedded in the handle so I can't secure it. Bits of the mechanism also sprung out and flew everywhere so not much chance of reassembling it correctly.

Buying any tool on the strength of what it looks like from a picture is always risky. This screwdriver and the accompanying bits however did not disappoint. It's a good weight and well constructed. I haven't had it for long as yet but it's done all I've expected of it to date. As a retired professional builder I would recomend it without hesitation.
