In the UK we have a slightly confusing release of DB Z Kai (in this case talking about the Blu-ray version).
There is basically two...
Dragon Ball Z Kai - Seasons one to four, covering episodes 1-98 (UK released and not in widescreen)
Dragon Ball Z Kai - The Final Chapters, covering episodes 99 and onward (America and Australia only, in widescreen format), with different intro music.
As can be seen in the photographs, the packaging and discs do look different, but not massively.
This is due to it being a REGION B import from Australian, because TFC was never released in the UK and never will be.
This does play absolutely fine in the UK, on a UK PS4.
Putting aside different packaging, being in a widescreen format and a different introduction, it's the same and just as great.

Really enjoyed the Final Chapters!
Best thing? Got in touch with Manga Entertainment, and they said they have no plans on doing a UK release of the Final Chapters for now so God knows what this is.
Sent it back and got a refund.
It will save you around £30 then buying each part individually.
Unlike Kai 1.0, Kai 2.0 (this) is in widescreen format and with a newly composed soundtrack by Sumitomo.
As it is an Australian release, it's Region B format (compatible in the European continent and in Australia).
Lastly, Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters is three volumes long on Blu-ray and DVD. Here's hoping that FUNimation and Madman make season sets of it for convenience. I read that Manga UK won't bother releasing it in UK due to the poor sales of Kai 1.0 but who knows, they just may repackage the Madman volumes as their own. Which is something they typically do.
