Her theory of 6 hour gaps sometimes between meals sounds a bit of a challenge for those of us with blood sugar fluctuations and I would like to know what other nutrition scientists would make of this theory - and it may be correct but don't throw in the towel over the rest of the advice if you can't manage this. I found it a book full of positivity and encouragement and just by following the other basic guidelines sounds a positive healthy thing to do.
I would have ideally like to have more supplemental products recommended (brands), but there is still a comprehensive list of anti-ageing vits and minerals and I like that the exercises are clearly demonstrated and described.

Repetitive and not an easy read - not sure about this one - too commercial ! Not convincing and exercises out of datePublished on 20 Feb. 2014 by Felicity Lillingston
Don't really agree with all of it and there is a bit of hard sell on own supplements. But okay for other tipsPublished on 13 Oct. 2013 by Michaela Harmston
The book is quite fascinating to read until you visit Dr Nirdosh' website where she does the treatments of botox and derma fillers. I have found this book to be a hypocrisy work.Published on 4 May 2013 by AmazonAddict
