Product description

Product Description

'Double Trouble', released August 21st 2015, is the lead single and statement of intent from the 10th Public Image Ltd (PiL) studio album 'What The World Needs Now…'. Released on 10" vinyl 'Double Trouble' will be backed by 'Bettie Page' and also the additional non-album bonus track 'Turkey Titts'. Following on from the huge critical success of 2012's 'This is PiL', the band's first album in 17 years, PiL returned to Steve Winwood's Wincraft studio in the Cotswolds' to record the new album 'What The World Needs Now…' released on September 4th 2015. PiL will be on tour in UK/Europe/North America from September 2015. See for ticket links. 'Double Trouble' is self-funded by PiL and released on their own label 'PiL Official'. The artwork for the single, partly inspired by Native American Hopi characters, was designed and handdrawn by John Lydon.
