Terence Stamp has lived a life that many baby boomers would have loved and will envy. It is a shame that he may still have his slightly worrying obsession with Jean Shrimpton, slightly reminiscent of his role in "The Collector", but as he says, he did need that split to change himself.
A good writer who conjures up great word pictures and whose attention to detail generates many memories for most readers of his generation. A late developing Grammar School drop out who intuitively sought out and developed the skills required for his chosen career, he is typical of many of his contemporaries, but you would not recognise their names!
I hope he writes a third autobiography one day.

I think this is a very good book. The first book on his life was extremely interesting and written in his own particular way of speaking in east end patios. I am now enjoying book 2. He was a lucky devil in that he met so many interesting people so early on in his career. How is he doing these days and will he be writing any more books? If you not read this book , you should! It's a great read!

Always enjoyed the book but great to hear it read by Stamp himself. It evokes the atmosphere of the times very well.
