This is a very well written history of the british sex film from the late 50s to the early 80s, from the early nudist films to the last commercially released sex film Emmanuelle in soho in 1982. It is written in an entertaining style and along the way comments on all the films released in this period and the major Directors like George Harrison Marks, Derek Ford and Stanley Long and Stars like Mary Millington and Fiona Richmond. An appendix at the end lists the careers of all the main actors, actresses, directors and producers involved in the sex film industry from 1957 to 1982. An excellent Book for anyone who wants to know about a largely neglected part of the British film industry.

This is a good book on a little talked about subject .But it was probably dearer than it should be , as it was old ,but could be a hard book to get , being out of print .
