It's not real... there are no universals... Humanity is taught to be ethical. Man is not born with ethics, we are taught by culture, society, law, folklore, etc....

HASH(0x8bf50c78) out of 5 stars Quality is okay as described. 12 Jan. 2014

The book isn't ripping apart, the 'spine' of the book is still whole. The pages had a few highlights, but of course it is used so I'm okay with that. Only 3-4 pages were falling out, but not completely. The reason why I gave the product 3 stars is not the product actually, but that the shipping came later than said to come.
HASH(0x8c135ae0) out of 5 stars Great textbook 25 Dec. 2013

This is a good textbook for pulling lessons to teach adult Sunday School. I didn't know ethics is taught in some colleges & universities and wish I'd taken the class. It's pretty interesting to have adult discussions and learn how others work through moral and ethical issues.

The book came in pretty good condition, with typical highlighting that wasn't all over. As for the books content, it was really interesting. It gives you a good understanding of ethical views and then applies them to all different topics.
HASH(0x8cbcb0c0) out of 5 stars old edition but lots of information 9 Dec. 2013

I don't know how you rate a text book seeing as it is usually not for light reading. With that being said, this book is a good read.

required for school, but easy to read and easy to understand when going through an ethics class during college. :)
