The book looks fab. The pages are silvery, and the front and back covers look clear. The artwork is beautiful.
As it's a Christmas present, I needed to wrap it, but before I did, I decided to read one of the stories- I chose the Lilo and Stitch one. It was a lovely story, and it was long enough for it to be perfect for a bedtime story, without being too long that her attention wanders.
I recommend buying this for children, because it really is good value for money, the whole book is full of stories about popular characters, ranging from Peter Pan, Donald Duck, Lion King and Cinderella to Woody and Buzz, Mike Wazowski, the Cars gang and Winnie the Pooh. I'd say its good for both boys and girls, it has a nice mixture of stories like Cars, Toy Story, Monsters Inc as well as Bambi, Princesses and the Aristocats. I'm sure lots of children love all the characters, but I have a cousin who will refuse to read any Disney Princess stories, so this book would be good for him too!
I can't wait until Christmas Day to give her this book, as I know she'll love it (and probably want to read a story right away).
Thanks for reading.
This second edition of ‘Disney Bedtime Favorites’ brings back all the known characters from Disney movies in 19 stories perfect to be read before going to sleep.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how thick book with its more than 300 pages actually is and because of its numerous illustrations ‘Disney Bedtime Favorites’ will be interesting for younger kids who still don’t know how to read just to browse alone through the gallery of known characters.
The good thing is that stories are made in perfect length for kids between 3-5 years – long enough to be read before going to sleep, but in same time not too long to be able to keep attention of kids.
Given that I didn’t saw the regular edition I can’t say which are the differences but for sure can confirm you can’t miss with this one - ‘Disney Bedtime Favorites’ is a great bedtime read that will keep interested child for a long time.
Otherwise, great book.
The only thing I'd recommend though is to open the book yourself once since some pages can stick together.
Turn all the pages once to solve this 'problem',
