This is a way of life I am enjoying and can maintain while still losing weight I would say buy the book and give it a go

Recently found the 5.2 way of life and I am loving it so purchased the DD Book and have now transferred to this plan
I have struggled to lose weight the last few years after being a life long Yo Yo dieter so my losses have been small compared to some of the loses post on the Facebook support page but I'm still losing and also having a life so happy with that
There are some great recipes in the book so far I have tried 2 recipes the Blue Cheese Bake & Waldorf Muffins and I am well impressed.
I even enjoy the fast days
