Another very important thing: both this and the seeded variety keep really well. You can take these with you on holiday, if you're going somewhere that may not have good fluten free bread, and they'll be fine. After opening I usually put it in some tupperware and it lasts for at least 4 days in there. I only wish they could come in a bigger size.
Gluten free breads are a shock as they are tiny slices and heavy. But as far as they go this one is relatively light. Most others i can manage 2 slices, this one i went for 4 in one sitting and look forward to it.
Like all gluten free bread they need toasting. The brown one i got from asda, even after toasting was awful.
Give this a try. If this is not acceptable then you probably need to exhaustively try them all or bake your own!
