The DESCENT 29er takes our 26" trail frame up scales it to the fast rolling and terrain soaking frame of a 29er and by adding spec such as WTB Grips, WTB Wolverine 29er specific tyres and Suntour XCT 29er forks creates a great 29er that wont break the bank!

First impressions are that this Diamondback is far better equipped than the majority of bikes at this price. The frame is nicely designed, the drivetrain is decent, the disc brakes are hydraulic, the wheels are tough and the tyres are better than usual for a sub-£500 bike. As usual at this price, it's the fork that compromises overall trail performance, but it wasn't as bad as some the bike i've owned.
