There's a lot of hatred for Destiny - I didn't play the core game, my first experience was the TTK - I had fun all the way through it. Shooting mechanics are great, raids / strikes are interesting and varied. It's a bit of a grind at the end game, but if you're into that, it's a great game.

This game truly is one of a kind, with open world activities, great quests and stunning visuals. This is Bungie's post-Halo game, and It's only going to get better. Buy Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition and "Become Legend."
