Probably not. This is DDR2 memory.
The motherboard where your Pentium 4 sits, most likely
will take PC 3200 DDR 400mhz memory.

I had a Pentium 4 together with a intel 946gzis motherboard. This particular RAM runs fine with my pentium 4. You can check on intel or amd what ram type and how much can be installed. Run dxdiag in the search bar to find out your system specs (motherboard, processor etc). This way you can find out what you need for further upgrades.
