I bought this DVD having owned the original videos of Historia and In The Round In Your Face since the 1990s, but not having watched them for years.

The reason I think this is the best Def Leppard DVD you can get is that the Historia section includes a few more videos than are included on the 'Def Leppard: Best Of The Videos' DVD, which are definitely worth having, and the In The Round section comprises US concert footage from the Hysteria tour, which to me was the high point of their career.

In The Round includes classic songs from their albums up to Hysteria - complete listing:

Stagefright
Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop)
Women
Too Late for Love
Hysteria
Gods of War
Die Hard The Hunter
Bringin' On the Heartbreak
Foolin'
Armageddon It
Animal
Pour Some Sugar on Me
Rock of Ages
Photograph

Historia features the videos/performances for the following:

Hello America
Let It Go
High 'n' Dry (Saturday Night)
Bringin' On the Heartbreak (with Pete Willis)
Photograph
Rock of Ages
Foolin'
Too Late for Love
Rock! Rock! Till You Drop
Bringin' On the Heartbreak (with Phil Collen)
Me & My Wine
Women
Animal
Pour Some Sugar On Me (UK version, featuring the band Tesla in the crowd scene)
Hysteria
Armageddon It (Live)
Pour Some Sugar On Me (US version live)
Love Bites

I have found that the DVD has good sound quality and good picture quality (up to the limit of the original footage due to its age).

Just the best. This DVD set is worth buying for so many reasons. The main reason is that Joe Eliot had the best mullet in the year 1988 and he is the leader of one of the greatest bands from thier genre.
The Historia DVD allows the watcher to stare in disbelief as you remember that making a video in a building that is being knocked down by butch women was cuttin edge in 1987! Most of the clips have stood the test of time and you can't help feel the lump in the throat when you see Steamin' Steve do his thing in the Animal vid. Brilliant.
In The Round... makes most concert vids look a bit boring. And just take a look at the totty that the Leps have put to the front of the audience on four sides of the stage. For a bunch of welders from Sheffield, they are not stupid! It's got all the best songs from that era... and is class. And a special note must be made on behalf of Joe's incredible mad jeans... I'd love to know if those are still in one piece and I will admit that I would still wear a pair if I could get my big behind in them!
Great music... AMAZING value! It's worth the price just for one of these vids on DVD, never mind two of them with great sound AND extra stuff. Dump your old vids and BUY THIS!
DO YOOOOU TAKE SUUUUUGAAAAAAAAAAR? ONE LUUUUUMP OR TWOOOOOOOOOO!

Totally love this, first half is the song videos, with Chaplin like story telling in between, then in the round concert , that's as far as I've got but it's the terror twins haha great buy, was at first worried at the price, but don't be it's worth it, it is after all Def Leppard!!!

Great value for money! Laugh at cheesy promo videos like 'Rock of Ages'(well it was the 80s) then prepare to be blown away by the spectacle of a band playing at its peak. The musicianship and stagecraft of this band are top notch; it's also a poignant memento to the late, great Steve Clark, who died three years after the tour. If you like concert DVDs this is essential for your collection!
