I was disappointed in these offset palette knives. The blade itself seems fine but the wooden handles are flimsy and feel as if they’re coming apart. The wood feels almost flaky like it is splitting. I cannot see them lasting very long at all. They are not comfortable to hold unless you like the sense of getting a splinter.

I have just opened my set of three offset spatulas. I took them out to wash them and the large one and mid-sized looked good and felt good in the hand. Sadly the small one, which is a size I use quite a lot, was loose on the handle and rattled a bit. Not a lot, but enough for me not to have confidence in its longevity. Shame it means having to return the whole set.

Exactly what I was looking for, stainless steal design with sturdy wooden handle. I’m working on eliminating plastic so was deciding whether to go for these or the all stainless steel ones I’ve seen on amazon. I chose these in the end as wanted the length and grip for tricky cake smoothing. Only disappointment was they arrived in a huuuuge box not brown envelope (but that’s amazon not seller) and each spatula was individually plastic wrapped which was also unnecessary. Good selection in pack, perfect for my needs.
