Not a book I could sit and read but more dip in and out of. The lifestyle of the Ladies depicted are so vastly different from my own life and circumstances it was at times unbelieveable and I did not know whether to envy them their protected, privileged lives or feel sorry for them. I decided in the end that I admired them for their ability to roll up their sleeves and knuckle down.
Of course as Kindle reader I did not see the wonderful photographs as I read the book - remedied at my book club where others had hard copies!
