Leanne's sister is determined to discover the truth behind her suspicious death on a trip of a lifetime to the Galapagos Islands. She deciphers clues left in Leanne's holiday journal which also describes the amazing wildlife. A great read for lovers of suspense and exotic settings.

When I started this story I couldn't think how a murder could be worked out so long after it had happened and so many miles away. The answers were given in a clever way using returned luggage and the victim's holiday companions. I thought I had worked out who the murderer was and then had to change my mind. I liked the twist in the end which sent me in a different direction but then cleverly led back to my first suspect.
I have ordered Judith Cranswick's next book already.

An exciting blend of slowly unravelling clues and a determined search for answers as Kathy tries to find out the truth behind her sister's death. A great premise, and a thrilling read.

Well I read this book very quickly by my standards, so it must have been good. Intriguing story line that kept me guessing right the way through and the additional information on the fauna and flora of the Galapogas Islands I found to be most interesting. May well have to think about a holiday there.

I really enjoyed this book as it had such lovely descriptions of the flora and fauna of the Amazon and familiar points of reference in my local area. The story romps along and the characters are clearly defined. Altogether a jolly good read.

Started off well but then became a bit repetitive with a very predictable ending. Disappointing.

With many cleverly intimated suspects along with the twists and turns expected in such stories.

Am looking forward to reading another of Judith's books
