5.0 out of 5 stars The Death of Clara Haber {COMPLETE READ} 16 Aug. 2014
By Cervantes - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
I absolutely LOVED this book! I can't say that with more emphasis or enough times. This book is so thought provoking and interesting because of its subject matter, and though chemical warfare has now taken place in our world for a time now there are certainly parallels to matters we are currently approaching in the world stage. I won't give away specifics involved here, but suffice it to say that this book is well worth the coin paid. And every May second I'll be thinking of this book and picking it up for another read.

4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful potery 5 Sept. 2011

Beautifully written moving poem on a woman who made took the ultimate protest step. The writing is sharp and thought provoking, the syntax is great and not too sentimental.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Perfect Summary of War's Grievances 11 July 2015
By Sandra - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Whether you love poetry or not, this poem will crawl under your skin. The story is taking place in Germany, plagued by the consequences of World War I and stumbling right into the next, covering the life of a woman, Clara Haber, married to a Jew who tries so hard to fit in, to be a German patriot, that he ends up bringing doom to Jews and his own family. An amazing read!
