Also, I'm pretty sure the "pollack" recipe should read "pollock".
Some of the recipes look a bit complex, with lots of ingredients. The recipes are all based on traditional Mexican food cooked in a more traditional way, so I guess that explains the long ingredients lists! There is something for everyone though, with some simple easy-win recipes in there too.
The illustrations make all the food look amazing, so I'm very much looking forward to my husband trying them out!
