David Faxon was born in Haverhill, MA and now lives in Glastonbury, CT with his wife, Linda. They are within easy distance of their four children and seven grandchildren.After a career in finance, he developed a passion for writing and began his first book. The tale of a double murder that happened off the New England seacoast in 1873, had remained lodged in his mind since he first heard the story.Thus began a four year effort to research, write, edit, polish and publish Cold Water Crossing. In 2010 he began a second book, Stained River, a rainforest adventure- thriller. Expected publication date is early 2012.
Faxon holds a masters degree in business and finance from Northeastern University, Boston, and an undergrad degree from Merrimack College, No. Andover, MA. He enjoys chess, anything about computers, golf, and reading.
