Kathryn Kulhman was like no other. Her "miracle services" saw thousands being healed, the lame walking, cancer cured. Yet her life story is one filled with upheavals, pain, rejection but most importantly, the love of God and the power of the third person of the trinity. Her constant reliance on God was seen in her daily prayer, "Dear God, take not thy Holy Spirit from me." Despite her critics and a failed marriage, she arose to become the foremost female evangelist of her time. Her life story is one of a seed willing to die, one who paid the price and carried the cross. Read this if you want to love and serve the Lord like she did.

This book was a really good read - in fact I couldn't put it down. it is amazing how such a perfect God wants to work alongside such imperfect human beings but He does. Kathryn surrendered all her life to Jesus and made mistakes along the way, but what is highlighted is her devotion to see God's kingdom come. This book offers an insight into how to push in for more of God but also warnings of how to be wise and be a good steward of all He gives us. Well worth reading.

A unbiased biography. We can learn a lot from the life of Ms Kuhlman. I like the way the author has laid out the truth, warts and all. It shows us once again that a yielded vessel in the hands of God can achieve much to the glory oh HIS Name. And even when we make mistakes, our God is a God who gracefully affords us many chances to get it right!

Excellent book - well written!
It's all about God's Amazing Grace for those who fall short, his unending love for us his creation and continuous Blessings - if only we have eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart to receive and not focus on our shortfalls - our daily focus should be on our standing in Christ the solid rock and not on our works! There is no doubt that God used her mightily for the generation of her era. Praise God!

Out standing testimony of a woman fully submitted to God and the work of the holy spirit, in a time when women were not excepted into the ministry. Fully human and feisty as Kathryn kuhlman was.( what a woman anointed of God) wish there was more like her today.
