Is quite a good product, does as it says in the description! When the attachments are added it does get a bit bulky but it's definitely a lot better than canned air!

The only major factor I have with it is the price! How can a product be around $30 dollars and £85 over here? It's utterly disgusting. I know a lot of people who have avoided buying one due to the hefty price tag! Surely it would make more sense to lower the price and make it more affordable and they'd get a lot more business!

This is my second - seems to be one the the few things the market that does does this job. Purchase cost (for me) adds up to a years supply of disposable air dusters. Note the following though:
1. It is quite powerful - be careful at close range
2. It heats up very quickly so use in short bursts
3. Despite being made of metal throughout it is quite fragile and won't survive being dropped (this is how I lost my first one)

For years I had been buying compressed cans of air primarily for computer/server maintenance.
The main problem with this apart from being terrible for the environment is that they are ridiculously expensive and don't last long.
The Datavac electric duster was the solution I had been looking for as it runs of mains power and is more powerful than a can of compressed air.
I could not find this item available from any UK sellers and it appeared to be manufactured and sold from the US only. I did however find Amazon resellers shipping a UK version of the datavac wired for 230 volts, all that needs to be done is attach a 2-pin Shaving adapter and it works perfectly! -This is important as the 120V US version will not work on UK 240 volt mains.
The DataVac is well built and includes a number of accessories in the box. I managed to clean three dust filled desktops computers in under 5 minutes, the performance of this little blower has to be seen to be believed!
The only slight negative I can think of is when in use for a few minutes the motor gets quite hot which in turn causes the metal casing to become warm to the touch. This is not a major problem as it seems built to last and comes with a 5 year guarantee from the manufacturer.

This thing is great.

I spent a fortune on compressed air cans until I saw this and immediately recommended it to colleagues who have to do similar jobs.

It's great for blowing out projectors, laptops and PCs and anything else that needs that kind of blow-out. Very powerful, will literally fire the dust out of a PC case and flood the room with the dust it frees up!

Huge long lead so you can plug it in and still reach up to a ceiling mount project in the middle of the room. Adaptors for all kinds of shaping of the airflow but I don't see why you'd use them, it's so powerful it barely needs anything else.

It doesn't get ridiculously hot, and you can just keep using it over and over and over again throughout the day without it slowing down or overheating. I'll save enough to pay for it in under a year and it's worked flawless.

If I have a complaint, it's as loud as a hoover, but that's only to be expected!

I needed a device to dust out my gaming rigs and gaming keyboards and constantly buying air cans was just to expensive and did not do a decent job so i decided to take a chance on this item and i was pleasantly surprised at how effective this is. It comes with a decent amount of attachments to get the job done. It is really effective on dusting out computer fans as i managed to get right into the corners with the attachments and now the computer looks brand new again. There is high pressure from the unit to the attachment and has a list of uses around the house so i was really surprised. Good value for money and does an excellent job so much so i will be ordering a second one. 10/10 for value and effectiveness

Well I wanted to stop buying the compressed air cans that only last a few minutes and the price of them are shocking, so i looked around and found this!
I've just used it on a very dusty PC and I am shocked at how good it is, The graphics card looks virtually new and the fans now have very little dust on them at all.

If you're wasting money on compressed air i'd suggest paying for one of these and save money in the long run.

Just go the unit and it seemed smaller than I expected.

I attached the largest nozzle and powered up. This thing is powerful, far better than the canned air blowers and gets better with the smaller nozzles.

It gets warm and is noisy, but that is to be expected but it did a very good job on my PC.

Way more powerful than you expect so move paper before you start cleaning your computer.

It is well made and comes with plenty of accessories. Air seems to come out of or into every side but the main vent to let air in is on the bottom, which is filtered.

It will spin fans super fast even when you're cleaning the other side of your computer so ensure all fans, even graphics card fans, are blue tacked or tied still before cleaning.
