We have had a number of books in this series now and they are just right for my five/six year old son. He can read along with them now and the simple story lines keep his attention without being too detailed and frightened. Great book

HASH(0x8b1d0270) out of 5 stars No Catwoman?! 11 Jun. 2012

I preordered this book for my 6 year old daughter who is learning to read and shares my enthusiasm for superheroes. She was very excited when it arrived in the mail and we both couldn't wait for the bed time story session that night. We were enjoying the story and the artwork, but were totally bummed out that there was NO CATWOMAN in it! This book is called "Batman vs. Catwoman" and there are no scenes with Catwoman in her actual costume. It was mainly a story about Selina's first encounter with Bruce. My daughter did enjoy the story, but she was majorly disappointed that her heroine was nowhere to be found. Lamesauce.
