As usual, Shirley weaves her wonderful thoughts about life throughout the book. It's an inspiring book about what it's like to get older and how it effected Shirley's life. I especially liked the parts about her daughter as she isn't mentioned much in the other books. I would love to hear from any one interested in Shirley and what she has to say.

1.0 out of 5 stars this book was boring and repetitive 8 April 2016
By Jeanie Banks - Published on Amazon.com

To me, this book was boring and repetitive. I thought it was about Shirley's snd Warren's childhoods. I couldn't finish the book once she began to ramble on and on about her fantasy perspectives.
She described her later relationship with her daughter SachI very different from gow her daughter described it. I felt she was heartless when she sent her young daughter to Japan. If anything, I have lost respect for Shirley.
