I really liked this. The dance part was a beautiful thread thoughout the story. It was well written with lots of detail of the medievil era.(Acurate or not, I don't know and don't care.)
I liked the plot, even though it was a little far fetched at times. The romance really built up well and was incredibly tender. The characters came to life from the pages.

A good read.

By Loves Reading VINE VOICE on 1 Jun. 2006
Format: Mass Market Paperback
I bought this book on the basis of the review by Deborah MacGillivray, never again will I buy books recommended solely by this reviewer. I found the book lightweight with less than believable characters, in a less than believable middle ages.

A ripping good yarn! This is the sort of book you can read curled up next to the fire with a glass of good wine. Both the characters and setting are described in such a way as to make you forget where you are and imagine yourself to be in the 12th century watching events unfold. There is a great twist in the plot at the end. I was suprised by the passion!-)
