Pascal Mukonde Musulay a obtenu une maîtrise (LL.M) et un doctorat en droit (LL.D) à l’Université de Montréal. Actuellement avocat au barreau de Kinshasa/Matete, Mukonde est Directeur de recherches au CRESH, Professeur à la Faculté de droit de l’Université Protestante au Congo et aussi Directeur de la Revue de Droit de l’UPC. Professeur invité à la Faculté de droit de l’Université de Fribourg en Suisse, chercheur au Committee for Elimination of Racial Discrimination à l’Université Mc Gill (Canada) et au Centre d’études sur le droit international à l’Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada), l’auteur enseigne aux formateurs en droit pour l’Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA) et à l’ERSUMA de Porto Novo au Bénin.
