A must read for anyone getting into eCommerce or even established business owners. Chloe's grasp on the customer journey is fantastic and her relationship to the industry and such a broad spectrum of eCommerce business owners gives her an impeccable insight.

The book is really well structured to focus each chapter on the next building block of creating a 'Customer Masterplan' which ensures you hoover up all the potential sales and mitigate drop-offs. There are clear set formulas to engage customers, improve their experience and fundamentally increase sales from happier, higher ticket customers.

I have no doubt that this book will pay for itself pretty quickly for anyone who reads it.

I really really really love this book. Yes I do loved it :-). The title made me a bit uncomfortable but the subtitle put me at ease. I was not expecting this book to be this practical. I read in the 3 days straight. Very easy to digest. The hardest part with this book?! For me was to contain myself not to run to my computer and dive right it and start working on the practical tips and roadmap. I am honestly amazed I still got this far with my business without all this knowledge. Now I do know I can really take it all a level further. Get this book and you will understand what I mean.. And don't worry I found nothing unethical in this book. On the contrary...

Let's face it, e-commerce marketing is really hard and we are all continually trying to get our head around the latest channels, analysis technics and strategy. Chloe has a skill at taking this bafflingly complex world and simplifiying it so that you can gain the nuggets of information to help you plan and execute your marketing strategy. Customer manipulation is definitely the next frontier now that we have figured out how to get the traffic, engaging and retaining customers is a delicate balance. Chloe has done a fantastic job in this book to really help break down the methods and approaches that can be applied. In short a must read.

Fantastic book, a must read for anyone with an interest in Ecommerce. It clearly outlines the strategies needed to succeed and far more importantly how to implement them. It uses clear English and doesn’t rely on Jargon to try and impress.
I will be trying to implement Chloe’s advice and will certainly buy any other books she prints in the future based on the strength of this book.
