Product description

Review

A postscript on the 2008 CRE conference (CRE IX), held in Manchester, is also appropriate at this time. Firstly, with admirable speed, the publication of many of the papers was completed in almost record time. Current Research in Egyptology 2008 is edited by Vicky Gashe and Jacky Finch; it contains fifteen of the papers presented at the 2008 conference. There are too many papers to list them here, but they cover a wide range of subjects, which makes this a volume that will be of particular use to students pursuing their won research, enabling them to have access to the latest current research. This is, after all, what CRE is all about. Published this year by the Rutherford Press, this volume contains many more line-drawings and photos than previous CRE publications. --Ancient Egypt Magazine
