About the Author
Clarrisa Hyman is an award-winning food-travel writer and restaurant reviewer whose work has appeared in The Times, The Daily Telegraph, Country Living, Food and Travel, Food Illustrated, Manchester Evening News and Carlton Food Network's Simply Food.
