Detailed steps for the first time user：

Request：The length of the bare copper wire after stripping is generally about 3-5 MM.

After the wire is placed in the terminal, the wire cannot exceed the second legs of the terminal.

The first leg presses the wire and the second leg presses the bare wire.

Cautions:

0.25 ：This slot suitable for 0.1-0.25mm² pin

0.5 ：This slot suitable for 0.25-0.5mm² pin

    Great tool for crimping DuPont connectors. Works perfectly and I wish I had bought this sooner. There is a knack to using these, so watch videos from the internet if you're not sure.

    In fairness, I probably didn't understand the different types of crimp closures and tools when I ordered this. It probably works fine on DuPont connectors (whatever they are), but it didn't work for automotive crimp connectors. The crimp jaws have 3 sizes, all of which are very small and seem to have a "flat" crimp action, rather than the inverted "W". Consequently they mangled the pins rather than crimped them and I had to send this back. I think the DuPont are for smaller wires, such as for electronics and computers.

    I replaced this with a tool with changeable heads, which then worked fine for the automotive 1.5-2 guage.

    Good quality crimping tool. Excellent value for the money. Been using this for a couple of weeks, and crimped around 150 DuPont pins for my current arduino projects. It took a little trial and error to work out the best positioning for the pins, so as to not damage the pin when crimping to the wire, but after a handful of poorly positioned attempts it's all good.

    I find I always have to apply the finishing touches with a pair of long-nosed pliers after I use these crimpers, otherwise it's a struggle to get the pins into the housing. Also, the pins have a habit of jamming in the crimping slots and the rubber grips often slip off the tool when applying pressure. As I’ll only be using the tool occasionally I can live with these deficiencies but if you plan to do a lot of crimping these will drive you crazy.
