#cyohappy is targeted at tweens and teens and focuses on positive outlooks, using creativity to build better outcomes, on turning bad experiences around, understanding what happiness is and so much more.
This is one age group who could use a little help sometimes and often gets overlooked. I had planned for this to be purely for my twelve year old but actually we'll be using it as a family as well as individually. This is a gem of a book that proactively looks at creating your own happy.
With mental health of our kids a huge topic in recent years, this book is going to really help kids to deal with situations that life can throw at them in a fun and practical way
The book is filled with amazing ideas to inspire and encourage our children and the activities will keep them busy (and happy) for a long time to come.
I'm going to buy more copies of this book for my nieces' Christmas presents!
