Absolutely fantastic book that my kids cannot put down (my 7 and 10 year old have a book each). We had to make a happiness jar on the first day of getting the book and cannot wait to try some of the other activities. My son has previously had a few ups and downs at school but since starting to read this book, he seems to have a new calmness about him and according to his teacher, is a different boy.
With mental health of our kids a huge topic in recent years, this book is going to really help kids to deal with situations that life can throw at them in a fun and practical way
