About the Author

Cora Seton loves cowboys, country life, gardening, bike-riding, and lazing around with a good book. Mother of four, wife to a computer programmer/eco-farmer, she ditched her California lifestyle eight years ago and moved to a remote logging town in northwestern British Columbia. Like the characters in her novels, Cora enjoys old-fashioned pursuits and modern technology, spending mornings transforming a neglected one-acre lot into a paradise of orchards, berry bushes and market gardens, and afternoons writing the latest Chance Creek romance novel on her iPad mini. This book starts with Robs father putting a bargain on the table with his sons for a parcel of land.

Morgan and Rob had first had in interest in each other in book two and she is the only one he can see a marriage working with.

Poor working conditions and the possibility of owning her own vines along with lust make her agree to a marriage bargain, but with conditions. However not all are happy with their plans for the land and many arguments between the families ensue.

With Rob being a practical joker i had hoped there would be more of them in this book and was slightly disappointed they weren't there.

This couple also seemed stronger than the others even with the families tearing at them. They were a brilliant couple who stuck up for each other and their future.

A lovely romance from Cora Seton. One of best in this series so far. A story of family trouble's, of understanding, fighting for your dreams and learning to respect others ideas and feeling's, all bound up with a little erotica.

having read the previous book in this series The Cowboy Wins a Bride. This was IMO a better read. I liked the heroine in this story a whole lot more.

Rob Matheson works on his family's ranch with his parents and brothers. Rob is a bit of a womaniser, practical joker and fighter. But deep down he's not happy with his lot in life. When his father offers 200 acres to the first son to marry and produce grandchildren, this gives Rob pause to think. Morgan the sister that Ethan and his Sister Claire, never knew they had. Was recently in Chance Creek. Rob had been attracted to Morgan more than any other woman before.
With 200 acres up for grabs and a chance to do something worthwhile on his own, he makes a decision to ask Morgan to marry him.

Rob and Morgan were likeable characters and I couldn't help but root for them in this story. They face an uphill battle with friends and family, making this an entertaining and enjoyable read. Characters from the previous books appear.
The love scenes are very sensuous and emotional. A good addition to the series.

I chose this having read the previous two cowboy books. The first was a freebie and now I'm hooked.
I got into this one in no time, having the same characters really is good with more of the story unfolding in each book. Just going to down load the next one right now.

An interesting story with a few real facts on viticulture. Some surprises along the way but, not to spoil the story, they move in to "Chance Creek" in the end.

A well written story. Really enjoyed how well Cora describes places and characters. As an English lady I am quite interested in Montana now!
